Grievance Policy

  • Any issue or concern that the participants (Lenders/Borrowers) might have during the course of their journey with the CredRoot.com should be addressed by writing an email to the CredRoot support team at support@credroot.com
  • However, if the participants enquiries/complaints are not addressed withing 7 working days, grievance can be addressed to the grievance officer at grievance@credroot.com
  • Any and all complaints/comments received through any other medium other than email (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter etc) will also be handled within same timeline as mentioned above
